Q: How do I make payment to vendors?

A: Payments are made directly to vendor. StyleVendorsNG will not be liable for any violation in contract between vendors and service users. Please further refer to our Terms and conditions.

Q: How do I get refund from vendors?

A: Refunds are processed solely by vendors. StyleVendorsNG will not be liable for any violation in contract between vendors and service users. Please further refer to our Terms and conditions.

Q: What is Prepayment?

A: Prepayment is an amount charged by the vendor ahead of your service. Accepting prepayment is subject to individual vendors and does not involve StyleVendorsNg. Please further refer to our Terms and conditions.

Q: How can I contact a vendor?

A: Vendors can be sent a direct message through their profile page. Likewise, you can call the vendor’s contact number letting the vendor know you are from StyleVendorsNg as a discount scheme might be available.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A: Unfortunately, cancellation policies are subject to individual vendor. Please further refer to our Terms and conditions.

Payments

Q: How do I pay for a listing?

A: You can make secure payment via our website. We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Verve, MasterCard.

Q: Can I make changes to my listing after payment?

A: The good news is changes can be made to listing within an hour of booking. After this timeframe, bookings can no longer be changed.

Q: When does my listing go live?

A: Listings will go live 24–48 hours after approval. Approvals are subject to financial, quality and management terms. Please further refer to our Terms and conditions.

Q: What do I do if my listing is rejected?

A: Listings can be rejected due to various reasons. We will contact you to arrange a refund or you can send an email to contact@stylevendors.ng
